Request for Proposal - Topographical and Geotechnical Survey

The Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica’s (PCJ’s) Centre of Excellence for Renewable Energy (CERE) invites Consultants to submit proposals for the provision of services for a topographical and geotechnical Survey of Great River, in the parish of St. James. The selected consultant will be supervised by an international energy consultancy firm. Further details of the services to be provided are available upon request.

This RFP has been divided into two main sections; Section A and Section B. Consultants are advised to bid for any one section or both depending on their competences and resources. Each section will be evaluated separately.

An individual or firm will be selected based on the Quality and Cost Based Selection Method.

Your proposal will be considered open for acceptance for up to 90 days from submission date.

Each proposal must be prepared and placed in two separate envelopes entitled “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” as per the attached Request for Proposal. Proposals, inclusive of all requested information should be deposited in the Tender Box no later than December 9th, 2009 at 3:00 pm and addressed as follows:

The RFP Documentation will be available from November 16th, 2009 until December 3rd, 2009 on the PCJ’s website through the following link www.pcj.com/RFP for Great River Hydro Development.

The public is invited to the opening of the proposals on December 9th, 2009 at 3:30 pm at the Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica.
